Objective - Today you will learn about web design
and layout.
Keywords -
Tag line - Short description of the site in the header.
Navigation - A set of buttons or graphic images typically in a row
or column used as a central point that link you to major topic
sections on a Web site.
Passive
white space - Blank areas on a web page around incomplete shapes.
Active white space - Blank area on a web page that was put there
on purpose.
Alignment - Location of contents on a page (left
is best)
Consistency (uniformity) - The web site looks
similar from page to page.
Grid - Design tool for laying out a web page.
Proximity - How close items are to each other
on a page.
Repetition - Repeating elements from page to page
as in a logo or tag line.
