A Funny Poem

My dad is a trucker.

He's never been on skates.

He wears size 14 and had a date,

We tried to tell him not to.

But, it was too late--

He was going to skate.

One leg went up

The other went down.

Before we knew it,

My dad hit the ground!

We helped him up and took him inside.

He called his girlfriend

And apologized.
